• At the user's own request.

Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be refunded, subject to applicable conditions. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, bonus funds may be forfeited.

Mxwinwin is not responsible for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from sharing your password or account credentials with another person.
• Bet outcomes placed during unexpected technical outages.
